You are probably wondering what we do to shape our People and set them up for success?​

Staff Development and Training – Continue to develop Scope training programmes for teams to develop skills/become accredited/experts in their fields. ​

Career Development support – Scope supports its employees with their career progression, your manager facilitates it, and you own it!

People Well-being

Dedicating time to look after one another is at the heart of our work in Scope. We want to make sure our people feel supported, safe and happy every step of the way by fostering a positive work environment through various Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives.

For us, it’s not just about fulfilling a duty of care for our people, we go above and beyond to create the supports, tools, training and safe spaces for our people to mind and manage both their physical and mental well-being throughout their life at Scope​
